What is Dynamics CRM?

How often do you come across “code” while working, when something “rings a bell” but you have absolutely no idea what its about or where you heard it or saw it - or even worse, not remembering that it was written actually by your own damn self?

Well, do not fear – because Microsoft Dynamics CRM is here! And what an amazing piece of software it is. From - managing contacts, mailing, sales - to keeping track of any activities that take place, may it be a meeting or as simple as having a phone conversation with a particular client – and what’s exciting about it is that it’s all live! (No more having to report back to your boss, he can see it all on his screen)

Let me quickly introduce the good old me, myself and I. The name is Sumeet – I’m a new Account Executive at Magnetism. I believe life is all about learning new things – may it be something as complicated as learning rocket science or something as simple as riding a bike. Or even better, learning something that will help you save time to have more time to learn more about things that matter to you!

So I’m currently spending my time online learning more about this system on what they call eLearning, from Microsoft. What a great source of information this is – it’s full of short basic – advance level courses for Microsoft Dynamics CRM with different topics and short test in the end to test your learning. Very helpful!
