CRM 2011 Visio Stencil Set Part 1

How would you like to be able to go to a customer with what all the forms in CRM 2011 will look like after it is all completed without even going onto CRM 2011 itself? Sounds too good to be true you think - well it’s not. I bet you all remember the CRM 4.0 Visio Stencil set. Well now that CRM 2011 has been released to beta and soon to be released to market we are going to bring out the CRM 2011 Visio stencils.

The concept of pre-designing something or creating a proto-type has been around for a long time and in most cases is part of the development cycle so, these stencils are really here to help improve your development cycle by making faster and easier. This will be done with all the pre-built fields as shown below (I’ll go into more details in a further blog).

Also to be included in the set is to be some pre-built out of the box forms so that if you need to only make changes to say the Contact or Lead form this can be done quickly and with minimal effort so to make your life easier.
