Through talking with a client recently, it has become evidently clear that many salespeople are reluctant to use CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. No matter how many impressive stats and fabulous case studies you give them, they will still carry on with what they do the same way they have always done it.  Rather than giving them this outlandish information, you need to demonstration to them how Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will empower them with knowledge and increase their productivity.
