This week at the behest of a prospective client I have been researching the possibility of MS Dynamics being customised for the financial service industry. It seem that for some time now the Financial services/ wealth management profession have been in tune with the need for CRM system that allow them a 360 degree view of the clients situation at the click of a button.

This in mind I was able to find loads of out the box possibilities that could be implemented for clients. Be they full systems for an arm and a leg sold in product form or add-ons sold one by one to help you Pimp you CRM in to a super effective wealth management system of your own.
Then I found the golden fleece Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Wealth Management by Microsoft Dynamics Labs:
“Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Wealth Management helps wealth managers manage and maintain relationships with their most important clients. The Wealth Management Solution Template for Microsoft Dynamics CRM equips wealth managers with instant access to all of their client and client household information including personal data, relationships with other clients as well as financial information.”
And it cost nothing more than your monthly subscription $68 NZD!!!!
Just one simple upload of the solution from Microsoft and your Dynamic CRM can do the following for you:

The Wealth management system has amended the way that different records interact with each other. The following diagram illustrates how the various kinds of records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Wealth Management relate to each other.
To give you some idea of how the system works once the functionality has change here are some screen shots:
The New Wealth Management dashboard gives you real-time analytics on an individual wealth manager’s portfolio and up-to-date outlook task and activities.
