If you already have your organization set up on Dynamics CRM 2011, then the steps described in this blog will show you how you can designate Magnetism as your organizations Dynamics CRM 2011 Partner on Record. It is important that if your organisation is working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM that you ensure you have a competent ‘Partner on Record’. Your Partner on Record will be able to access your license and support information quickly and easily – meaning that you are able to receive prompt support if ever necessary and giving you peace of mind. STEP BY STEP
Once you have access to your CRM 2011 Organization, you can designate your Organization with Magnetism by following the steps below.
1. Login into Microsoft Dynamics CRM online with your username and password
2. Go to ‘Resource Center’ on the bottom left of your CRM main screen.
3. On the right of the page click on ‘Designate a partner’, under the ‘Connect with Us’ heading.
4. Log in if required using your Windows Live ID. (the same login in you use to access CRM online)
5. You will then see a list of existing partners of record, which should have no records to display yet.
6. In the Company Name field type in ‘Magnetism’
7. Click Search and then select the correct record “Magnetism Solutions Ltd” from the search results below.
8. Click Associate and then you will see the record display under existing partners.
That’s all there is to it, Magnetism will now be designated as your Organization’s Dynamics CRM 2011 Microsoft Partner on Record. When it comes to essential systems within your organisation it’s always great to know that you have a trustworthy and capable partner to provide you with rapid support.
