Overview of Sure Step Methodology

Sure Step Methodology is an application designed and developed by Microsoft to support the people who are related and linked with projects in Microsoft Dynamics. This post is an effort of mine to familiarize you all with the functionalities and characteristics of Sure Step Methodology.

Sure Step Methodology is an application which is formulated and designed to assists the user in managing Microsoft Dynamics projects. The functioning of this tool assist the end-users in ascertaining and keeping track of a projects’ schedule and budget to complete the project as per agreed completion date and within pre-approved budget. It is compatible with several languages which makes this application more users friendly.

Sure Step Methodology comprises of six phases:

• Diagnosis
• Analysis
• Design
• Development
• Deployment
• Operation

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Sure Step Methodology provides a methodological approach to deal with projects. It comprises of specifically designed templates for managing projects which in turn saves users’ time and provides standardization. Being a cost efficient and flexible tool, this application can be used from small to large scale projects. The most unique feature of Sure Step Methodology is that it maintains the records of all project documents and this application also assists us in strengthening our relationships with our customers.

Sure Step Methodology offers guidelines, templates, and checklists to handle your projects in a relatively easy manner. It also keeps a track of your projects progress according to the specifications, and help us in identifying causes of deviations, if any.
