Making your business competitive and efficient is a big challenge given the tough economic climate that we are experiencing right now.  I have looked for innovative ways to improve our business, keep our clients satisfied and stay on top of our game. One of the key solutions that we are implementing is Sales Force Automation or SFA as commonly abbreviated.

What is Sales Force Automation? SFA is a business approach of using software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM to automate tasks involved with sales. These tasks include contact management, sales and order processing, information sharing, order tracking, inventory control and monitoring, and customer management such as appointment, specific activities that need to be completed as part of the engagement such as research the customer, identify needs that we can solves and although this needs to be tracked over time.

How you manage leads, contacts, and accounts is integrated into one system. Letting you collect and track lead details in one system, and automatically assign tasks that your business has identified lead to positive consist outcomes, m eaning more sales.

It creates a level of efficiency that gives your company a competitive edge and improves customer experience.

It gives you a clear picture on how your people are performing and an in depth view of significant indicators on how your company is doing. It also provides information needed in formulating new business strategies.
