In the Q2 release we see new Industry templates which show the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 across a wide range of industry needs. These new industry solution templates include a new data model, new pre-configured dashboards, new workflow processes and sample data and much more. The Industry solution templates are created by Microsoft Dynamics Labs and are available on the Microsoft Dynamics Market Place

The new templates cover Life Annuity Insurance Sales, Non- Profit, Health Plan Sales and Wealth management.

Life Annuity Insurance Sales is a new template which will display sales, marketing and customer service scenarios which are created specifically for the insurance’s sector. This template gives insurance professionals the ability to be more productive and helpful and improve the delivery of their services.

The Non-Profit template provides non-profit organisations the structure needed to manage and improve their relationships with donors and their volunteers. The template shows Dynamics CRM’s ability to track financials, track volunteer’s hours and manage donors.

The Health Plan Sales template is used to move marketing and sales process’s online for health plans. This makes it easier to manage the customer value lifecycle.

Wealth Management is designed to help financial organisations gain a better understanding across the organisation, improve client/representative interactions and also make the product portfolio easier to manage and more effective
