We are proud to announce that under Microsoft’s new Partner Network requirements Magnetism has achieved the Gold Customer Relationship Management competency – the highest recognition for a CRM partner!
Competencies awarded to us by Microsoft help us as a business to demonstrate our expertise to you. As a prospective customer you can be assured by these competencies that they represent only those organisations who have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment within that area of business. For a Microsoft partner to gain an advanced competency, such as Gold Customer Relationship Management, they must have showcased ‘best-in-class’ solutions that have gone through a comprehensive and auditable approval process to demonstrate the value to prospective customers.
So in other words, for Magnetism to have achieved the Gold Customer Relationship Management we have proven our proficiency in deploying Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and related applications in Dynamics CRM. We can also now display the new Partner Network logo as above to show off our new competency.

Before this, Magnetism had Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status which was not specific to a certain area of business. Now we are able to differentiate ourselves by earning competencies in specific areas such as CRM. The requirements to achieve these are also much more rigorous than before so it has been a great accomplishment for Magnetism.
We also currently have the Silver Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Learning competencies which we endeavour to turn to gold in the near future.
