In this and following blogs I am going introduce you to Relationship Information Centre (RIC) and also familiarize you with it and show how easy and simple it is to use. Moreover, why all Not-For Profit Organisations should start using it.
Relationship Information Centre (RIC) is the 21st century system specifically made for Not-For Profit Organisations to proficiently manage their relationships with the community. When an organisation exists to provide benefit to the community, success comes though productive relationships with the community. Relationships with donors, volunteers, members and event attendees are just some of the relationships that must be managed to provide significant benefits with limited budgets. Likewise, Relationship Information Centre (RIC) is all about saving time, money and having a 360 degree view of the Organisations.
However, in today’s blog we’re going to cover some of the features of the Donation Management system in Relationship Information Centre (RIC). Donors can be individuals, household or Organisations. Moreover, donations comes in many methods Donors can donate money, time, goods and services. However, Donors also can make a Pledge. Additionally, they can donate or pledge to a particular fundraising program or event charity is running or to the charity itself.

Once form filled in, it should look similar to this. Save & Close.
In this case we are pledging on behalf of organisation Magnetism. As you can see, it is not for any program or campaign just to the organisation. You can choose how frequently the payment is going to be either daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or whatever suites you. Number of Occurrences is over how many times you want to divide your Pledge. Likewise in this case we choose 10.
