View from a NEW user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

As a new user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM I was amazed by how powerful the system is and yet how easy it is to use. One of the most interesting things I found so far is the Dashboard. It provides real time representation of the vital information, hassle free. Likewise, that means users can spend more time to action the information instead of wasting the time gathering it.

Moreover, it can be displayed in many forms such as charts, graphs and in any other types of forms that your heart desires. What is amazing is the fact you can choose the data you want to be displayed. In addition, each graph, chart and information that is displayed on the dashboard can be drilled down further to the point where you can salvage any sort of result you need out of the information.

Furthermore, you can set security privileges on what kind of dashboard each employee can see, because no one wants a system where everyone has the same privilege of access. Likewise, to build a security system from scratch can cost Mega dollars. However, what is so great about Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that has a security system is part of the out-of-the-box solution at no extra charge! And it’s not just your ordinary security system. It is so secure that even US Air Force uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

As a new user, I am really looking forward to exploring the world of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and what other astounding things that the system can do. Of course I will share it with everyone in these blogs.
