Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 – UR 11 Critical Update

Microsoft has releases a Critical Update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. This update is for CRM instances who cannot upgrade their system beyond UR11 but still would like some bug fixes applied to their system. The build number for this update is 5.0.9690.2903. The KB article number is 2855319.

To note, you must have CRM 2011 Update Rollup 11 (build 5.0.9690.2839) or an earlier version installed to apply this update i.e.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Server (UR11) Critical Update (Server CU) is intended specifically for customers who cannot upgrade their Dynamics CRM installation past Update Rollup 11 for compatibility reasons, such as unsupported Javascript customizations. This critical update provides in a single package all the previously released Critical On Demand (COD) fixes that were delivered for UR 11. All customers who are currently running on UR11 should apply this Server CU. Users who are running CRM Server Update Rollup 12 (UR12), Update Rollup 13 (UR13), or Update Rollup 14 (UR14) do not require this critical update. These users do not have to downgrade their CRM Server installation to UR11 because all the UR11 fixes are incorporated in the subsequent rollups.
