Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Visio Stencil Set - Part 5

In all my other posts I have shown you all the elements that have been built to help you create a mock-up of what an entity will look like well now I am going to show you the whole image and what you can expect to be able to show to your customers (This may not be exactly what the final stencil looks like as this is still in development and things are subject to change).

This solution has been made so that almost everything on the forms themselves are completely editable, anything and everything that can be changed in Dynamics CRM 2011 is able to be changed in the Visio Stencils, even right down to the URL.

The above image is showing you an empty entity here you can create all your new exciting entities for all your custom developing needs. Everything here is practically editable even down to the current login person and the business name (CRM org name), as shown with the red circle.

The above image shows a replica of the Account form as is out of the box, everything once again is completely editable, every field, every title, every well everything. This is because I have built this with the controls that I made for you to use to make your own ones.

I have made the following out of the box forms:

• Account
• Contact
• Opportunity
• Lead

If you haven’t noticed from the above image, you can only see some of the fields because with CRM 2011 there is no more tabs, only 1 long scroll bar, and since that in Visio I couldn't add the effect of a scroll bar, to get around this what I did was add a white box below the explorer window so that the fields can continue down the page as shown in the below image.
